Abstract

     This study aims to specify the psychological challenges facing female teachers in education field during virus corona pandemic period, and the difficulties facing the female teachers at the same time. This study sheds light on the psychological challenges facing female teachers in education field during virus corona pandemic period, and it is considered as an addition to the literature of corona pandemic, and to benefit from it. The population of the study is (703) female teachers from the middle governorate of the Gaza Strip.  The sample is (400) female teachers taken randomly. The researcher has used the analytical descriptive method which is suitable to attain the aims of the study. Also, the researcher has designed a questionnaire to measure psychological challenges, and the performance. She has used the (SPSS) statistical program to analyse the data which collected by researcher. The study has concluded that the female teachers are facing many psychological challenges during virus corona pandemic period. Also, there is a negative effect for these challenges on the female teachers' performance during virus corona pandemic period, and the female teachers need motivation by the education administration. The researcher has recommended to give more interest to the female teacher, and the necessary interest to motivate her in the society, to perform her duty successfully, and it is important to have a good school environment for her.
