Abstract

     The study aims to identify the reality of leadership by motivation in achieving job satisfaction for the research sample, to identify the level of job satisfaction, and to reveal the difference in the role of leadership by motivation in achieving job satisfaction for the research sample. This is attributed to the variables of educational qualification - years of service, as well as verifying the relationship of correlation between leadership with motivation and job satisfaction among the research sample. The study sample consists of (384) primary school teachers in the Riyadh Education office. The researcher has used a questionnaire to measure the level of leadership with motivation and job satisfaction among teachers. The study has concluded that the level of practicing leadership by motivation is high, as well as the level of job satisfaction. The study has also found that there were statistically significant differences in the role of leadership by motivation in achieving job satisfaction among teachers in the primary stage in the Riyadh Education office due to the variables of academic qualification, years of service. The study has shown that there is a direct significant correlation between the motivating leadership and job satisfaction among teachers at the primary stage in the Riyadh Education Department.
