The Availability Range of Motivation Proverbs in "The Yemeni Treasure of Proverbs" book and their Possibility of Enriching the Psychological Courses in the Yemeni Universities

This study aimed to know the availability of proverbs that represent the motivation in "The Yemeni Treasure of Proverbs" and the possibility of enriching the psychological courses with them? To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher has made the first step: that is constructing the analysis instrument. It was applied on analyzing the content of (The Yemeni Treasure of Proverbs) book which was collected and explained by (Mohammed Othman Thabet Aladimy). The book is first edition (1409 AH- 1989 AD), number of pages (497) and contains (2625 proverbs). He used the instrument on the book to reach to the total number of proverbs that represent the motivation which are (65 proverbs). The second step: constructing the study's instrument which is dependent on the proverbs distributed on it the study's fields and the possibility of enriching the courses with proverbs to apply it on the sample of the study. The sample is the teaching stuff of psychology courses in both (Aden – Taiz) universities that are (20) members. After analyzing the questionnaires including (65) proverbs by calculating the duplication totality and the percentages, the researcher found out the following results:
57 proverbs of the displayed proverbs to the sample belong to the motivation by passing (50%) of the acceptance scale, represented in percentages by (87.70%) from the questionnaire totality of (65). It represents (2.17) percentage of the totality of proverbs mentioned in (The Yemeni Treasure of Proverbs) book – the study subject- which has (2625 proverbs). While (8) proverbs didn't pass the acceptance scale and they represent (30%) of the proverbs totality in the proverbs book.
To answer the second question: what are the proverbs that represent the motivation fields (positive, negative, controlling motivation, extinguishing motivation) among the motivation proverbs? Each field has got the following:
The positive motivation field: they are (28) proverbs from the totality of proverbs by (49.12%)
The negative motivation field: they are (10) proverbs from the totality of proverbs by (17.54%)
The controlling motivation field: they are (14) proverbs from the totality of proverbs by (24.56%)
The extinguishing motivation field: they are (5) proverbs from the totality of proverbs by (8.77%)
To answer the third question: what is the possibility of enriching the psychological courses with the proverbs representing motivation, extracted from (The Yemeni Treasure of Proverbs) book. The researcher has found out that (36) proverbs of the motivation proverbs represent the possibility of enriching the psychological courses from the (57) motivation proverbs by (63.16%) percentage.
