The aim of this study was to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on the theory of creative self in developing electronic teaching skills for social studies teachers. The training program was designed to include electronic teaching skills, and the "observation card" tool was used on a sample of selected teachers which included (32) male and female teachers in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate (center) pre and post, where differences between the mean scores of teachers in electronic teaching skills before and after applying the training program were measured. The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the pre and post applications, where the post application was better. The results also showed the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on the theory of creative self in developing electronic teaching skills. Based on the results, the researcher provided some recommendations and proposals to develop the performance of social studies teachers, including using the research tools and materials used (observation card, training program) in the study to develop electronic teaching skills and identify actual training needs. The researcher also proposed conducting other studies on the effectiveness of the training program based on the creative self-theory in other variables, such as developing creative teaching skills, teaching competencies, centering thinking etc.Downloads
