The research aimed to identify motivation methods from an Islamic perspective and their role in improving the performance of workers in educational institutions. To achieve this goal, the Researcher used the inductive analytical approach, and he divided the research into an introduction and two sections, where he dealt in the first section: Motivation in Islamic administrative thought by highlighting some methods of motivation in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, while dealing in the second section: The concept of administrative motivation, its importance, types, conditions, motivation theories, the role of educational institutions in improving the performance of workers through motivation, and obstacles to motivating workers in educational institutions, and the Researcher concluded with the following results: Motivation is one of the most important factors that affect the performance of workers in educational institutions, as it helps to raise the level of motivation they have, and pushes them to exert their utmost effort to achieve educational goals, and that Islam preceded modern theories in calling for the practice of motivation with workers to create a positive work environment by urging perseverance, sincerity in work, improving it, and enhancing the spirit of cooperation among workers.Downloads
