Abstract

This study came under the title: “The Role of the Board of Experts in Preparing and Disseminating Saudi Regulations - A Systematic Fundamental Study”, and it was organized into three sections. The first topic: The conceptual framework of the Board of Experts, and it contains two requirements: The first requirement: Definition of the Board of Experts and the Council of Ministers, and the second requirement: Definition The systems and the expert, and the second section: The most important Saudi systems and their sources and the role of the expert body in publishing them. It contains two requirements: The first requirement: The sources of the Saudi systems, and the second requirement: The most important Saudi systems. The third and final section: The mechanisms followed by the expert body in preparing and publishing the Saudi systems, and their protection. Three demands. The first demand: the powers of the Council of Ministers and its role in publishing regulations Saudi Arabia, and the second requirement: the powers of the expert body and its role in creating Saudi regulations, and the third requirement: the role of the official website of the expert body in disseminating Saudi regulations. The study concluded with many recommendations and results that ended up highlighting the important role played by the expert body affiliated with the Saudi Council of Ministers in preparing And disseminate Saudi systems on the largest scale.
