This study aims to investigate the method of Ibn Abdulsalam in his book «Tanbeeh Al ttalab» to understand the opinions of Ibn Al Hajebb (D.749 H) about some Jurisprudence issues like slaughtering some goats and other animals as Eid's Audhhias, Aqeeqas, Oaths and Vows. The importance of the study lies under the significance of setting out methods and terms to bridge sciences and to facilitate the utilization of heritage books. The problem of the study resides in the core of Ibn Abdulsalam in his book. The importance of Ibn Abd al-Salam’s book Tahbih al-Talib, and highlighting his efforts in his explanation of Ibn al-Hajib’s Mukhtasar. The study depends on the inductive approach via the following of writings on the subject, then the classification, the arrangement and the commentary on those writings. Among its results is that it is an indication of the methodology followed by Ibn Abd al-Salam in his book, whose book became a source of jurisprudence for the Malikis, and scholars of the Maliki school of thought benefited from it after him, such as Khalil, Ibn al-Hattab, and others.
