Contribution of Organizational Cultures at Educational Institutions in Reinforcing National Belonging

The study aims at exploring the female participants' perspectives about the contribution of organizational culture to reinforce national belonging. A Grounded Theory designing has been adopted. Observation and interview have been employed for data collection. The sample consists of ten female participants from the training and administrative cadres at the Buraydah College of Technology, selected through the purposeful non-random sampling. The study has concluded many findings, such as the fact that: the dominant organizational culture at the Buraydah College of Technology for Girls contributes satisfactorily to reinforce national belonging among its employees through its dimensions and components. The findings of the study also have confirmed the importance of supporting team works with other sectors under common national goals, activating implicit knowledge management along with explicit knowledge, inculcating values emphasized by Human Abilities Development Initiative (such as moderateness, balancing, tolerance, determination, and discipline), and initiating technical forums and exhibitions collaboratively with community institutions and under their sponsorship in order to serve the country goals, and its different categories, which will in turn improve the contribution of organizational culture in reinforcing national belonging. The study has recommended the necessity of public and private institutions' interest, especially educational ones, in their organizational culture and attempting to enhance it for its effect on reinforcing the employees' national belonging.
