The research deals with the active participle in Surah Al-Kahf, a syntactic, morphological, and semantic study. It divided into three chapters. The first chapter, the researcher studied the active participle in the different grammatical schools from its concept, function, actions, and other issues, explaining the differences between the Kufans and Basrans. In the second one, the researcher studied the morphological balance in the issue of the active participle by explaining its formulation in the Arabic language, then enumerating its places in Surah Al-Kahf, and extracting some of the morphological aspects related to it. In the third chapter, the researcher focused on highlighting the meanings of the active participle in Surah Al-Kahf, explaining the issue of the semantic alternation between the form of the active participle and other morphological forms in Surah Al-Kahf. The researcher depended on scholars' most correct opinions, without referring to the deviant opinions. Then the researcher's conclusion included the most important results of the research related to the active participle in the language in general, and others related to what was mentioned on its form in Surah Al-Kahf.Downloads
