Ethics of Managerial Labor for the Headmasters of Public Secondary Schools and Relationship with the Performance of Teachers from their Views in Taiz Governorate Republic of Yemen

Abstract

This research aimed at identifying Ethics of Managerial Labor for the Headmasters of Public Secondary Schools and Relationship with the Performance of Teachers by their Views in Taiz Governorate in (Alma'afir & Almawasit Districts). The researcher used Descriptive Method (Survival & Correlational) to achieve the research objectives, and the population of the research consisted of all male and female teachers in the public secondary schools in Alma'afir & Almawasit Districts who work in the secondary education only and their number (577) male and female teachers. The researcher implemented on a sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers who were chosen by a simple way randomly. The researcher developed a questionnaire that consist of two axes; the first axis is Ethics of the Managerial Labor for the Headmaster of the School and the second one is the Teachers Performance. The researcher made sure of validity and reliability of the tool by Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Alpha Chronbach. Theresearch came at: - The committing mark of the public secondary school headmasters in Taiz Governorate with the ethics of the managerial labor from their view was large. - The level of performance of the public secondary school teachers in Taiz Governorate from their view was high. - There is a positive extreme relationship between the committing mark of the public secondary school headmasters in Taiz Governorate with the ethics of the managerial labor from the view of their school's teachers, and the level of performance of the public secondary school teachers in Taiz Governorate from their view. - There are no statistical differences among the means for the committing mark of the public secondary school headmasters in Taiz Governorate with the ethics of the managerial labor and the level of performance of teachers in those schools attribute to the variables; (Sex, Experience Years, and Scientific Qualification). In the light of those results, the researcher offered a group of recommendations and suggestions.
