Abstract

 The aim of the research was to identify the perceptions of the parents of children with disabilities about the role of intervention centered around the multidisciplinary team in the educational and behavioral rehabilitation of their children in Al-Qassim region. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 187 parents of children with mental disabilities, autism and learning difficulties. Early intervention   questionnaire of multidisciplinary team- centered, devised by the researchers, was used in the educational and behavioral rehabilitation. The study findings were that the perceptions of the members of the research sample came in a medium way towards the early intervention of the multidisciplinary team in educational rehabilitation; there are statistically significant differences in the early intervention based on a multidisciplinary behavioral educational qualification according to the respondent for the benefit of mothers; depending on the level of education for the benefit of post-graduates, and depending on the child's disability type in favor of the families of people with learning difficulties.
