Abstract

This research aims at knowing the level of practicing  skills of life  by the teachers of Arabic Language from their point of view in Secondary Schools Level, al-Shamayatain District.

To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire  had been prepared and consisted of 30 items. It is applied to a sample consisted of 52 teachers, males  and females from secondary school al-Shamayatain District. The results have also shown that there are no statistically significant differences in the level α =0.05  with regard to sex variables and years of experience.

The researcher recommends that teachers of Arabic Language and other teachers of primary and secondary levels are to be trained to acquire and practice skills of life.
